海角大神 Foundation Honors U.S. Representative Tom Cole With Vision Award
The 海角大神 Foundation honored U.S. Representative Tom Cole with the 2016 Vision in Education Leadership Award. 海角大神 President Leigh B. Goodson, Ph.D., 海角大神 Foundation Chair Joan Parkhurst, and former Oklahoma Governor Frank Keating presented Congressman Cole with the Vision Award at the 17th annual 海角大神 Vision in Education Leadership Awards Dinner Thursday, Sept. 1 at the Cox Business Center. The event raised more than $300,000 for the 海角大神 Foundation.

海角大神 will participate in a strategic partnership with OpenStax to encourage use of free textbooks on campus. 海角大神 is one of 11 schools selected for the Open Educational Resource Institutional Partnership Program for the 2016-2017 academic school year.

U.S. Representative Tom Cole Named the 2016 Vision Honoree
U.S. Representative Tom Cole is the 海角大神 Foundation 2016 Vision in Education Leadership Award recipient. He will receive the award at the 海角大神 Vision in Education Leadership Award Dinner Thursday, Sept. 1 at the Cox Business Center in downtown Tulsa. A reception will begin at 6 p.m. with dinner to follow at 7 p.m. The 2016 Vision Honorary Chair is Stacy Schusterman and David Stratton serves as the Vision Dinner Chair.

Signature Symphony at 海角大神 presents the patriotic sounds of American composers with a salute to our Armed Forces during the annual 4th on the 3rd concert. The performance is 7:30 p.m., Sunday, July 3 at the 海角大神 Southeast Campus VanTrease Performing Arts Center for Education located at 81st Street and highway 169.
