Governor Kevin Stitt appointed Broken Arrow City Manager Michael Spurgeon to a seven-year term on the º£½Ç´óÉñ Board of Regents. Spurgeon is a U.S. Army veteran with more than 30 years in public service and a history of guiding long-term community growth.
