海角大神鈥檚 Strategic Plan unites our mission, values, and action for meaningful progress.
Approved by the Board of Regents in June 2025, 海角大神鈥檚 2026鈥2028 Strategic Plan charts a clear and purposeful path for the next three years. Grounded in our mission of building success through education and our vision of an educated, employed, and thriving community, the plan reflects both our enduring values and our evolving role in a changing world.
This plan reaffirms our commitment to student success鈥攚hether that means preparing students to transfer, developing a strong local workforce, or strengthening the communities we serve. Developed through broad engagement, it is anchored by three guiding themes:

- Forging Ahead
These strategic priorities offer a shared sense of purpose and direction. A tactical plan translates our goals into focused actions, while a centralized system helps us organize and monitor progress across the College. An updated Mission Metrics Scorecard will evaluate impact鈥攃entering on what drives student success. As we implement this plan, we do so with purpose, flexibility, and a shared belief in the power of education to transform lives.
